Billing Team Lead

The Billing Team Lead is responsible to oversee the billing team operations by delivering accurate, compliant, and customer-focused billing outcomes for our customers . You'll manage a team of 5-15 specialists while driving task completion, quality excellence, and process efficiency. This position will play a critical part in ensuring our high-volume billing operations run seamlessly while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Employees will be required to work according to the operational hours of the overseas operations they support.
