Bilingual Talent Partner - Full-Cycle Recruiting

UPS in Bogotá is looking for a skilled recruiter to enhance their talent acquisition strategy. You will lead the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing talent to onboarding, while closely working with hiring managers.

This role emphasizes building candidate pipelines and improving the recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French.
