Job Overview

Assist with relocations via email, phone, and chat; answer questions on benefits, entitlements, and expenses.

Conduct 30‑minute planning sessions (phone/video) to explain policies, processes, and expenses.

Review and process expense claims and advance requests.

Maintain detailed records of all communications and updates.

Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

  • French/English bilingual
  • Experience in relocation or customer support is an asset
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage time independently
  • Comfortable multitasking across phone, email, chat, and video
  • Professional under pressure with a collaborative approach
