Esta persona será responsable de diagnosticar y resolver problemas de hardware y software, brindar asistencia técnica, y documentar incidentes. Se requiere licenciatura en TI y experiencia de al menos 4 años, así como excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.
