Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deploy Windows laptops following MMD standards
• Safely back up and transfer user data during deployment
• Record asset information and track device lifecycles

• Retire legacy devices by performing secure data wipes
