Job Description
• Partners with operations to advise appropriate resolution for associate relations issues.
• Effectively coach leadership in matters relating to people, HR processes, programs and corresponding impact to the business.
• Ability to recommend and create effective counseling or coaching documentation.
• Manages resolution of associate relations investigations to ensure fair, consistent, and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values.
• Manages HRIS and administrative tasks to provide proper and accurate data entry,
maintenance and reporting in a timely manner.
• Recruits, interviews, tests and select associates to fill vacant exempt and non-exempt positions at the operation.
• Coordinate/conduct new hire and new leader orientations.
• Identifies trends in turnover and recommends solutions.
• Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
