About the Role
Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to support our client’s operations within the oil & gas and retail sector. In this role, you will deliver best‑in‑class customer service and manage relationships with both existing and new wholesale customers across a national sales network.

Monday to Friday | 8 hours/day | 100% in-office

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, create, and respond to CRM activities related to existing accounts and new account setup, including pricing and tax exemptions
- Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for Sales and Credit teams (Direct Sales, Retail, Wholesale Distributors, and fuel card accounts)
