About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Bid Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy bids and business development function within a growing infrastructure-focused business.

Working closely with the Bid Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating tender submissions, maintaining bid documentation, supporting compliance activity, and helping ensure high-quality submissions are delivered accurately and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, coordination or document management experience who is looking to build a long-term career within bids, tenders and business development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring tender and client portals for new opportunities
  • Coordinating SQs, PQQs, ITTs, RFIs and tender submissions
