Bid Coordinator A bid coordinator manages the bidding process for a company or organization, which can include proposals, tenders, and bids for various projects. They work with different teams and departments to ensure the process is efficient and runs smoothly


+ Proposal management: Overseeing the creation and submission of bids, and crafting responses to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs

+ Coordination and communication: Organizing meetings, presentations, and updates to promote a collaborative environment

+ Business development: Supporting the Business Development Manager and General Manager in acquiring new business, marketing, and social media activities

+ Bid library management: Managing, reviewing, and updating bid library content

+ Case studies and reference materials: Preparing case studies and other reference materials

+ Customer due diligence: Ensuring customer due diligence and terms of business agreements are in place
