Bid and Procurement Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement or bidding (preferably in AEC industry).
• Proven track record of success in securing private and government contracts through competitive bidding processes.
• Strong working knowledge of RA 9184 and government procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging high‑level stakeholders.
• Trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
• Familiarity with PhilGEPS and Bid and Awards Committee procedures required.
• Experience in contract review and legal compliance a plus.
