**Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities**

+ Leads communication and change‑management for BI launches and updates, gather user feedback, and relay insights to BI product and engineering teams.
+ Collaborates with Support and BI development teams to ensure smooth transition of BI Products to production.
