GECO Asia is Hiring BI Support Engineer

We are looking for a BI Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise BI systems and data platforms. The role focuses on troubleshooting, incident handling, and ensuring the stability of data pipelines and reporting systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for BI applications and data platforms


• Investigate and resolve data, reporting, and system issues, including root cause analysis


• Monitor and support production data pipelines and BI systems


• Use MS SQL for troubleshooting, querying, and data validation


• Handle incidents, tickets, and escalations


• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability


• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement efforts
