The BI Analyst will be flexible, well-organised and confident in leading complex discussions at a management level, providing hands-on analysis from end to end.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of debit order collections, ensuring accurate authentication processes and continuously monitoring performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and test collection tracking methods and payday strategies, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement strategies to reduce transaction costs and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with payment requirements, as well as all relevant rules, directives, and regulatory standards.
