You’ll sit inside a lean data team in a large national organisation working across real operational systems that actually matter including aviation, healthcare, defence, retail and resources. Environments where “data issue” can mean anything from a broken dashboard to a client escalation that needs answering now. This isn’t a reporting factory. It’s closer to “we need to understand what’s happening and we needed it yesterday.” You’ll own customer-facing BI, translate complex multi-system data into something usable, and help shape how reporting and analytics evolves as the function matures.
