Responsibilities

- Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms
- Guide guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance areas
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping staff
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Follow hotel safety and service standards
