Job Description
- Assisting customers with their bags and luggages
- Courteously greeting customers and providing them with high-quality service
- Escorting guests to their respective hotel rooms
- Occasionally parking and retrieving guest's vehicle
- Assisting customers with their needs
- Explaining hotel rules to customers, showing them how to use hotel facilities, room features such as TV, Radio, and Bathtubs
Job Requirements
- Minimum PMR
- Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Pleasant personality
