InGenesis is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to work with our client located in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight, coordination, and daily operations of behavioral health services within the facility. This role provides clinical and administrative leadership to behavioral health staff and ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services in compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards. The Behavioral Health Program Manager exercises discretion and independent judgment in managing program operations, staffing, clinical workflows, and compliance activities.
