BDM / BDE – US Staffing

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for IT and Non-IT staffing services.
• Generate and gather new requirements from Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
• Build and maintain client relationships through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely closures.
• Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements.
• Meet monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1–8 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and requirement generation.
