Bd Manager (Campana)

Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented BD Manager to develop and maintain relationships with partners and identify new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive result-oriented partnership initiatives to accelerate CoinEx's growth across LATAM market.
• Onboard high-quality local KOLs, community leaders and influencers as ambassadors.
• Monitor & evaluate ambassador performance, understand their core needs, and develop strategies to achieve KPI goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, understand competitor exchange ambassador programs (onboard requirements & incentives), and dynamically adjust expansion strategies.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
