About the Role
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages to guests
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
- Check guests’ identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- Handle guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Operate POS systems and process orders accurately
- Assist in bar opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies
