Bartender

This role is for those who lead by example—and balancing efficiency with warmth and ensuring every moment at the bar reflects the venue’s character, culture, and commitment to excellence.

This position as a Senior Bartender will report to Head Bartender.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards
• Deliver high‑quality, consistent service to guests during daily operations and peak service periods
• Support the Head Bartender and Assistant Head Bartender in maintaining smooth bar operations
• Act as a role model to junior bartenders, providing guidance on service standards, product knowledge, and work procedures
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including bar setup, breakdown
• Monitor stock usage and assist with inventory checks, replenishment, and stock rotation
