Bartender

General Purpose of the Job: The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to patrons, oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies, and collect money for drinks served. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of The Mexican Team Member include, but are not limited to: - Greet all guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant bar with an upbeat, friendly manner - Demonstrate a fun and welcoming attitude and effectively work as a team to ensure the highest level of service for all guests. - Receives orders from patrons and waitstaff. - Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered. - Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of the opening of the bar. - Maintains the bar and keeps it clean and organized. - Attractively displays glasses and liquor bottles. - Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs, required by TABC regulations. - Collect...
