Bartender

As a ROKA Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the ROKA experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist guests in selecting beverages and cocktails that complement their meals, considering their preferences and the restaurant's offerings.
• Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non‑alcoholic drinks while confidently explaining ingredients and recommendations.
• Support in tracking bar stock levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage and handling of all beverages and ingredients.
• Consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests.
