Job Summary

Bartender – The Olive Tree Group, Johor Bahru, M01, MY

Full‑time on‑site position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests and serve them at the bar or through the waitstaff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report to assigned workstation on time, properly groomed, and dressed according to company uniform standards.
• Fully comply with and understand the Brand Philosophy.
• Maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, and other bar items; conduct scheduled and unscheduled inventory counts ensuring the bar is closed before beginning inventory tasks.
• Order or requisition liquors and supplies as needed.
• Promote and sell beverages, including premium brands; execute beverage promotions according to the execution guide.
• Suggest alternative drinks if requested items are not available in current inventory.
• Work independently without immediate supervision.
