Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure product quality consistency
- Plan production schedule and manage stock levels of ingredients
- Supervise bakery crew and provide training when needed
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP standards are strictly followed
- Monitor product presentation and minimize wastage
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in bakery or kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of baking processes and food safety standards
- Able to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
