About the Role
The Backup & Systems Administrator is responsible for end-to-end ownership of enterprise backup recovery and data protection platforms. The role ensures business continuity ransomware resilience and disaster recovery readiness across onpremises and cloud environments.
Key Ownership & AccountabilityOwn end-to-end backup recovery and data protection operations.
Ensure ransomware resilience immutable backups and DR readiness.
Act as the single point of accountability for backup-related incidents and recovery operations.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for backup failures and recovery issues.
Core ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day administration monitoring and maintenance of enterprise backup platforms.
Design implement and support backup and recovery solutions including pre-site assessments and deployments.
