Backfinish Process Engineer

As Backfinish Process Engineer, you will be responsible to provide technical expertise and support on specific Backfinish tool types, accountable to best‑in‑class process management and real time problem analysis to achieve best possible process performance (process control plan, wafer fab yield, process throughput and cost efficiency).

• Work independently and closely with the maintenance engineer, shift process engineer/technicians and production to establish a robust manufacturing process via real time engineering solutions.
• Manage new process/equipment start‑up and collaborate with vendor for acceptance.
• Develop and maintain a robust process control plan for optimal process quality and efficiency.
• Drive safety excellence by conducting regular GEMBA audits, identifying potential risks and fostering a safety awareness culture.
