Backend Support Engineer (APIs / Data)

Job Description

We are looking for an Advanced Technical Support Specialist to support clients in implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing tracking, APIs, and backend integrations .

This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client communication , focused on ensuring accurate campaign tracking and data flow across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via chat, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
• Tracking tools (TikTok Pixel, SDKs, server-to-server integrations)
• API integrations and event tracking
• Analyze API requests/responses and debug server-side events to ensure accurate data flow
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and validate campaign data
