About the Role
The **Backend Software Developer** will design, build, and maintain backend services and data-driven applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Monitoring/logging/alerting (ELK, Prometheus/Grafana) and troubleshooting skills.
+ Knowledge of data security and compliance (encryption, auditing, RBAC, data masking).
+ Automated testing awareness (unit/integration/regression).
+ Willingness to join on‑call rotations and incident response.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience as application developer in IT projects
+ Strong proficiency in writing database queries, stored procedures, and using SQL, including DML and DDL.
+ Good in Python and C#/.NET.
+ Familiar with CI/CD practices and source control (Git, Jira, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
+ Able to use English effectively as a working language, including reading, writing, and participating in meeting.
