About the Role
Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and follow up with leads. Explain company products and services to customers. Maintain customer records and update data in the system. Perform data entry and documentation. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams. Respond to customer inquiries professionally. Complete daily reports and assigned back-office tasks. Eligibility Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet). Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
