ALG is currently partnering with a leading General Aviation MRO in Singapore to hire a Senior / Master Aircraft Technician (B1) for a permanent position based in Seletar.
Job Responsibilities- Lead and perform advanced troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance on aircraft systems (airframe, engine, and mechanical components) in accordance with approved maintenance data and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
- Support defect rectification, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including heavy/base maintenance checks
- Ensure all maintenance tasks and documentation are completed accurately in compliance with CAAS/EASA/FAA regulations and company procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce turnaround time (TAT), and maintain high-quality standards
