At Last Call, we’re helping build a world where access to information is equitable and easy. Our engineers work across the stack to make public services more clear, accessible, and human.
You’ll have the freedom to learn, experiment, and shape how we build, while working with teammates who care deeply about both code quality and community impact.
Most of your work will be with AWS (e.g. CloudFront, Lambda, EC2, ECS, RDS), Terraform, New Relic, GitHub, Confluence, Jira, Dependabot.
Key Accountabilities
You’ll own and be measured on:
- Delivering high-quality, maintainable code
- Own the quality, performance, and maintainability of your code contributions
- Deliver features, improvements, and bug fixes aligned with project goals
- Success indicator: Consistent delivery that meets acceptance criteria, low defect rate, strong code reviews
