About the Role

**Role Summary/Purpose:**

The AVP, Analytics – Health & Wellness Sales is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering analytics and performance measurement, actionable insights, and root cause analyses to the leaders of four B2B inside and outside sales teams collectively overseeing 200+ employees who support 280,000+ healthcare providers offering Synchrony financing solutions.

Partnering closely with sales enablement and sales leadership, this role drives goal setting and attainment tracking, develops and measures data-driven selling initiatives, and owns the provider performance data mart and the executive dashboards that underpin Health & Wellness sales reporting. This role also provides dotted-line direction and coaching to India-based analytics resources supporting the team.
