AV Technician - Junior

**Description**

The AV Technician - Junior supports SEC ISS customer service delivery by ensuring AV/VTC services are operational, reliable, and ready for mission use across conference rooms, auditoriums, and multipurpose spaces. This rolemaintainsfront-end AV/VTC components, supports SEC cloud conferencing platforms and collaboration tools defined within contract/PWS scope (including Webex and Teams where implemented), and provides direct userassistancefor meetings and collaboration sessions. The technician also supports major events and commission activities with live audio/video production, streaming, and post-production editing aligned to SEC quality standards. Work is performed within established SOPs and contract/PWS ticket-driven service processes to sustain service levels and user productivity.
