AV Products is redefining how Amazon employees collaborate in conference rooms and meeting spaces across the globe. We're in the middle of a massive transformation, migrating thousands of rooms from legacy systems to Zoom Rooms, developing new product standards for every room size from huddle spaces to executive boardrooms, and building a 3-year strategy that shifts Amazon to customer-centric collaboration solutions. We need a Product Manager to own user research, lab operations, business operations, and agile delivery for this team.
This isn't a sit in meetings and write docs PM role. You'll be in the lab testing hardware from equipment manufacturers across multiple room configurations. You'll be onsite running research events with real employees, collecting survey data, and turning 2,000+ customer interactions per year into product decisions.
