Overview
As a member of the Technology & Operations team, you will identify AI & automation opportunities, own tech processes, build business cases, translate requirements into solutions, and collaborate with IT, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze complex business requirements to identify high‑impact AI and automation opportunities (spanning RPA, low‑code, scripting, data visualization, and advanced AI models).
- Act as Tech process owners together with other business POs across the company to map end‑to‑end processes, facilitate data gathering and ideation sessions, and proactively identify sources of service dissatisfaction.
- Create and refine the initial business case for AI and automation initiatives, quantifying expected ROI, and working closely with Finance and stakeholders to secure sign‑off.
