Auto Body Technician

Job Description

We are seeking qualified Auto Body Technicians for a busy collision repair facility in Richmond, BC. Reliable technicians will join a productive team, providing quality repairs to damaged motor vehicle body parts. Similar positions are available across BC. Red Seal ticket preferred.

Compensation

• $100,000 - $150,000/year on flat rate & bonus system.
• Experienced and productive techs earn north of $150k.
• Bonus Tiers: Earn $1/hour extra when billing over 110, 135, 160.
• Benefits include health, dental, vision, uniforms.
• Monthly tool allowance.

Schedule

• Day shift — Monday to Friday.
• Flexible start times.
• Shop open 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Duties

• Repair or replace body components, doors, fenders, frame and underbody.
