About the Role
We’re looking for an AV Technical Support Engineer. This is a hands-on, field-based role covering AV/VC support, troubleshooting, and installation support across multiple customer sites.
You’ll take ownership of technical issues from initial report through to resolution, while also supporting live projects and installations.
Key responsibilities
- Attending customer sites across the UK and Europe to diagnose and resolve AV/VC issues
- Carrying out investigations, fault-finding, PMVs, and installation support where required
- Owning support tickets from receipt through to full resolution
- Keeping customers updated on progress throughout the lifecycle of issues
- Updating and maintaining the service desk system accurately
- Testing, configuring, and preparing AV equipment for deployment
- Supporting installation teams with AV/VC project delivery
