Your Role

As an AU Building Structures Engineer , you are responsible for:

• Maintained and organized project files, document registers, and shared drives in accordance with company filing systems and document control protocols.
• Prepared meeting agendas, recorded minutes, tracked action items, and coordinated meetings, site visits, project milestones, and team calendars.
• Supported project tracking, fee schedule administration, invoice preparation, and data management using Zoho One.
• Assisted in reviewing requests for quotations and preparing fee proposals.
