ATM Application Platform Administrator

Job Description Stefanini Group is seeking to welcome a skilled Application Platform Administrator to strengthen our Application Technical Management Operations (ATM) team within our Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure Cluster. The role provides Level 2 (L2) day-to-day operational support across a broad portfolio of middleware and application platforms hosting the customer's business applications. This role is focused on the operational stability of these application platforms. The Application Platform Administrator will own daily checks, incident triage and resolution at L2 level, fulfilment of standard service requests, execution of approved patches and changes within maintenance windows, and the maintenance of operational documentation. The ideal candidate combines solid Windows Server and middleware administration skills, methodical troubleshooting, and the ability to work in a structured operational environment (ITIL / managed services with SLA commitments).
