Purpose
The Client Solutions Coordinator supports the delivery of high-quality client service and operational excellence within the Food Safety Inspections business. This role is responsible for coordinating client information, supporting service delivery processes, and ensuring that client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. The position plays a key part in enhancing customer experience, improving data accuracy, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, account managers, and internal teams.
Client Service & Support
- Provide day-to-day support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and requests.
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Support the Client Solutions Manager in implementing client service strategies and improvements.
