About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assurance Learning & Development Senior Associate to support learning programs, training operations, and development initiatives for Assurance professionals. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Assurance, Audit, Accounting, or Financial Services , combined with experience in learning administration, HR operations, training coordination, or program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer learning and development programs for Assurance teams.
- Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, and logistics.
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and learner tracking.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and training analytics to monitor program effectiveness.
