Responsibilities

·Oversee CR schedule, manpower arrangement, daily progress, problem identifying, material issue based on current schedule.

·Wire harness mass pro schedule commitment with Sales & Planner

·Responsible to meet all production build, quality & shipment

·Training new operator, leader and technician and provide support production engineer

·Support manager and supervisor on Production management

·Monitor production assistance and leader job routine

Requirement

·Min SPM or Diploma in Manufacturing or any Engineering discipline.
