About the Role
This role will be based out of Notified Office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formerly Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel‑Air, Makati City. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Job Summary
The Support Specialist (APAC) - morning shift team manages the delivery of services to clients to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) are met or exceeded. Builds and maintains strong client relationships and provides day‑to‑day client advice and support for their various IR and PR needs. Activities may involve both short‑ and long‑term commitment of service and vary significantly in value/strategic importance.
