About the Role

Overview

The Americas Accounting associate specialist role is a position within the Americas Controller organization. The role works closely with other members of the Finance organization, especially members of the FP&A, Corporate Tax, Corporate Accounting and Regional Shared Service teams. The Associate will perform month end close steps associated with holding entities within the Corporate business line.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all related related journal entries, financial flux, key judgments, internal controls, and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for holding entities within the Corporate business line.
  • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to be reviewed by Supervisor.
  • Identify and cultivate productive relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare key ad-hoc reporting and analysis requested by senior leadership.
