About the Role
- Be an expert in the suite of merchant solutions Shopline offers, and be able to identify which solutions solve the merchant’s needs
- Build and maintain the local merchant solutions ecosystem in Singapore. Identify, assess and commercialise new partnership opportunities for growth
- Maintaining relationships with existing partners to drive solutions revenue targets or set KPIs with our partners.
- Monitor the execution of merchant solutions to ensure solution partners are meeting all performance related metrics (e.g. customer satisfaction, service level, handling time).
- Own the overall relationship with an assigned group of merchants which includes ensuring smooth project management and delivery, increasing adoption, pursuing cross & up-sell opportunities, ensuring retention and overall customer satisfaction through managed solutions
