Description
The Technical Solutions Support Administrator is an administrative role within NCC Group’s Sales Engineering & Field Strategy team, based in Manila. This role is responsible for managing the daily triage process for presales requests, ensuring timely allocation of opportunities to the appropriate Solution Architect team members. The position also supports process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across presales operations and documentation management.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Scheduling, and Delivery teams.
