About the Role
This is a 12-month contract role with possibility of being absorbed based on performance and business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end recruiting process which includes gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and offer negotiations.
- Create and manage a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process.
- Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders to enable effective account management.
- Continuously update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with all activities related to candidate dispositions, interview progress, and job offer details.
- Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
