Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Define and own Data & BI products, including dashboards, reporting systems, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve visibility across the parcel lifecycle, including first mile, middle mile, last mile, returns, and COD settlement processes.
- Prioritize product requirements based on business impact and stakeholder needs.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and data product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics requirements.
