As an Associate Product Manager at Switch, you will sit at the intersection of product management, customer success, analytics, and machine learning .

This role is designed for someone who wants to own real product outcomes early in their career —working deeply with customers, engineers, and data systems—while developing strong product instincts and technical fluency.

You will be translating real-world data and analytics challenges into scalable product features, dashboards, automation, and ML-driven insights. While this is not a pure engineering role, it requires strong technical depth and comfort working hands-on with data, analytics tooling, and ML workflows.
